We had a lovely overnight stay at the hotel in January. Room was what you would expect (reasonably priced). Hotel staff friendly and very attentive. Stuart provided excellent customer service.

Came here with my Husband for a portion of the Holidays and New Years Eve! Had a wonderful stay at Moore Place Hotel! We visited earlier in the summer and wanted to come back as the establishment is lovely. The staff was so kind and helpful, it was really nice to be able to get water from the bar for our room! The breakfast was great at the restaurant in the hotel, and all staff was so pleasant, kind and lovely to speak to! Our family room on the main floor was incredible. Loved having a porch outside to open to get cool air in the room when needed, and the bath was simply amazing!!!! So huge I lost my beloved in the bubbles! Haha. Double headed shower was really neat and nice to experience, as well as having a couch in the room. My British Husband says this place reminds him of a lovely hotel in Devon, which to my understanding is a nice place in the UK, and this was a lovely hotel. So picturesque, and their pond and waterfall thing in the middle is delightful to look at. Location is lovely and has a nice restaurant beside it. Room was always warm and bed was fresh and very cozy with the pillows. Can't wait to go back again! See you soon! Rooms: Nice rooms, from singles to family to suites!! Lovely bath. Food & drinks: Good hotel restaurant, chef does lovely eggs!!! Noteworthy details: Relacing bar lounge to sit and read a book :)

Stayed just one night and had a lovely room in the annex.||Was made aware on booking that the restaurant would not be open due to an event but had already planned on going to the Thai restaurant just next door.||Arrived a couple of hours …

Needed to stay somewhere for 1 night. Good location to where we needed to be. Good price. The room we had was in original building. Bedroom was great and bed comfy. But there was no lift so carrying 4 suitcases with no help offered prooved …

This hidden gem of a hotel was lovely. We stayed for 2 nights, the room was very clean, beds very comfortable, good shower. We were disappointed that the evening before we left the dining room was closed and our last breakfast the buffet …

Exceptionally hot room, heated towel rail in the bathroom constantly on...very musty smell in room...staff pleasant throughout reception bar & restaurant...dinner on 1st night was dreadful, Salmon Rossini was slimy & cheap tasting...to unpleasant to eat. Breakfast was fine & a good selection of hot & cold food. Poor tasting tea & coffee though. Good location to stay for Woburn Safari Park, Woburn is a pretty little village & the deer park was amazing to see.

Lovely location and overall a really nice hotel, main issue was the temperature in the room. The heated towel rack was on full blast and there wasn't a way to turn it off? There was also no cooling in the room apart from a small fan. The window could be opened but there was no air flow at all.
